Sonic Drive-In

I had the Cheesy Baja Crispy Tender wrap with mozzarella sticks and a cherry limeade. The wrap was delicious. I liked the spicy flavor. It was perfectly portioned for a light bite. The mozzarella sticks were not bad. I’m not a fan of mozzarella sticks in general. Finally the cherry limeade was so refreshing. Sonic is always a good go-to spot for a quick delicious treat.

Service is falling further and further from decent. Today the app glitched, the said none of the items were available. Then I received a notification for double the amount of items I tried to order. The manager says he will be right out. Instead he sends out the order and tells the carhop you tell me, “SORRY”

Ordered online at 11:32 and didn’t receive that order until 12:15. The server said that they were having issues with their computer system. I put in a different order while I was there. And it came out hot, fresh, and quick. The server was friendly and accommodating. I just wish they would have posted online that their system was down and that they couldn’t take online orders at this time. It would have prevented me having to wait 45 minutes for my online order. This is why they received 1 star for service. I have never had an issue before. And this was the first time I used the online app. I have always gotten great service there.

Everything is great but, I always ask for light ice and extra strawberries in my drink. Without fail the last four times I’ve been the entire cup is filled with ice, one time they even forgot the strawberries in it. The food is always great but they slack on reading for the drinks

Every time you order flavor in your drinks they barely add any to it. If you order through the app you're more than likely not going to get the real fruit that you paid for added to your drinks
