Sonic Drive-In

So went today and spent $46.94 for meal. Got the new fish sandwich. Went home started eating fish was bad. Went back to exchange the sandwich. Manager told me I would have to pay for new sandwich . He said I serve fish sandwiches all the time what is wrong. Again I stated multiple times it is bad and tastes bad.He told me I needed to pay for a new sandwich I said no this is a bad sandwich that will make me ill and started get upset he stated here take the cheeseburger. I took back my fish sandwich and will never go back. When a customer states the food tastes bad and will make them sick…Listen. I will be calling health department on Monday. Serving food to people is serious business.Someone needs retraining! Is his food manager certificate updated???

I absolutely love getting ice from Sonic. It seems that the past few months there ice machines have been down so getting bag for the house seems unlikely. I am so upset each time I try and I get the same answer each time. Sonic PLEASE resolve this issue!!

We get Sonic every single week. We have kids in sports so picking up dinner at minimum once a week is common. The last 4-5 weeks multiple orders have been wrong or food is missing. Tonight, my husband placed order. First they brought out the wrong items so he waits an additional 10 minutes, gets the order, & the order is wrong. Literally every single sandwich is wrong. It’s pretty frustrating when we have hungry kids ready to eat & their food isn’t prepared correctly so not only do they refuse to eat it, but I am then scrambling to fix them something, but also wasting money. I called 3 times this evening & no answer.

I stopped at this location on Sunday August 10 to grab a snack while waiting for my best friend to get home. I had just moved back to Texas the weekend before. I knew absolutely nothing about the Needville area. When the carhop Jay brought me my order, he was very nice and courteous. We spoke for a few minutes and he mentioned he liked the Superman sticker on my back glass. I ordered cheese sticks and they forgot the ranch dipping sauce. I had difficulty hearing the lady on the speaker and one of the girls working there came out to my car to see what I needed. Let me tell you...this girl did not walk...she jogged/ran to my car to get my order, ran back inside and then ran back outside. They were not busy at all I told her it wasn't necessary for her to run. But I want to make sure these em

Worst Sonic Blast I’ve ever received 😞, if I wanted vanilla ice cream I would’ve got 1/2 gallon of Blue Bell from Lowes or the gas station. Unfortunately, I did not notice till I got home and no one answered when I called back to Sonic. However, the carhop was super friendly!!!
