Sonic Drive-In

The touchscreen at checkout was not responding to my touch and I was over charged. I let the attendant know and Juana came out and let me know what she would do to take care of me. Juana gave excellent customer service. I want management to know she deserves a raise.

This sonic needs to have better equipment. I went to go pay for my food my pretzel twist and my limeade drink and their machine would not work. I showed the lady that I had money in my account and my card was not declining at all and that it was their machine, not working. I had no other form of payment on Me so I asked the lady what do we do because it’s not my car it’s yawls machine and the manager comes out that you need to give the food back, but I had already eaten it. The manager is rude and disrespectful and nobody was asking her to pay for my food I have my own money in my account. Freaking ridiculous. Update your freaking equipment.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was completely raw! I also ordered mozzarella sticks, and they had nothing inside, out of the 4 only 1 had cheese... I showed the employee, even opened one infront of her so she could see I was not lying. The only reason I give 2 stars is because they did make me another burger and mozzarella sticks. But I will never go back.

Ordered Sonic Smasher and added lettuce and tomatoes. French fries hot and fresh. Drink mixed well. Great customer service. Will return

To management/ DM: If you are understaffed, don't turn off your online ordering. I can't redeem my half off drinks which is ONLY available through the app and your store wouldn't take my phone number for the reward, nor honor the half off drinks.
