I would like the owner of this establishment to contact me for a refund. Not only are your employees extremely rude .. we were served 2 day old burnt fries & food missing from our order.
Just had a wonderful customer experience with Dante. He took and confirmed my order. He was clearly understood and polite. He smiled and genuinely acted happy to be at work and interact with his customers! My burrito was cooked nicely with fresh ingredients and it was nicely portioned and rolled perfectly! My daughter’s bourbon coffee was tasty and neatly prepared. Nothing lacked in service or food. Thank you for a great quick breakfast!!! We will return!!!
Ordered from here on Door Dash. Forgot my Chili Cheese Dog. No dipping sauces. Mozzarella Sticks looked deplorable.
this is hands down the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Since moving here I’ve avoided this place like the plague. Thought I’d give it another chance today, wrong move. App is down, drive through head sets don’t work so pull up to the window, 15 minutes before greeting me, sweet tea is disgusted, food is cold, cheese burger with no cheese. All in all it took 35 minutes to get subpar food that cost $15. Go anywhere but here.
DISGUSTING! Received RAW chicken and still haven’t received a refund or anything else for this issue!
