Sonic Drive-In

Love the food, but the service needs a major overhaul. Most locations are staffed by teens who don't seem to have much supervision or professional training. Between the bad attitudes and the incorrectly prepared food, it's clear there is a lack of management. I love the menu, but it’s frustrating to wait while employees socialize instead of working. Better management is needed to help these young workers succeed.

The manager here needs to be replaced. How can you ignore customers at the drive thru and never open on time. Then when you finally acknowledge me,give the worst attitude.As if doing your job is a huge inconvenience. If you don't want to work mornings then don't open. I've placed several online orders for pickup in the morning and had to get refunded 5 to 7 days later because they refuse to answer the drive thru. It's ridiculous.

This location really needs to be shut down. Ive given this location a few tries and they fail. Every. Single. Time. This time is the last straw and I won't be coming back. I waited almost a whole hour for our food for me to figure out it was sitting there ready for us for a while, but no one brought it out to us. We pressed the button for us to be ignored so i had to wait until someone walked out for me to ask. Once I asked, the food was brought out right away. Of course our food was cold. My 1 year old was so upset the whole time waiting for food. for me to figure out it was just sitting there, infuriated me being a mom of a hungry child. Everyone else around us was getting their food no problem. Don't waste your time here, go to McDonald's or something.

Usually a better experience. The coke had no flavor. We waited longer than normal for cold food, but the taters were hot. I assume we were waiting for them. The chicken sandwich was almost gross. Very disappointed.

I asked for extra strawberries in my strawberry sprite and they didn’t give me at least one full scoop.
