I believe the management is to blame for the failure at this location! The kids that work there need to be trained on how to prepare and put quality into the food they serve.. I wish I could post a picture of the food I received after I got home and opened the bag. I got chili pie with no chili, no tots with my combo and it was cold. I do not recommend this location until they can get a lot better management!
For $5.16 you can purchase a large order of onion rings and only get half the order. Before this review, I called to confirm how many onion rings or how full the bag was supposed to be when making a large order. The answer was not a specific number, but the bag is to be “filled to the top”. You can see in the photos, that wasn’t the case. Sonic used to be amazing, but time and time again they continue to give you low quality/quantity food. With the nice facelift they just received, you think it would be better, but sadly it’s consistently getting worse. The 2 stars are for the 6 onion rings that were cooked properly this time.
Attempted to visit this place today push the call button multiple times and each time it timed out and nobody ever answered to take my order. Worst sonic ever. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
I ordered the bacon, egg, & cheese toaster meal. The bread & bacon was burnt. The cheese was also missing from the sandwich. I pushed the button & informed them that the sandwich wasn’t edible. The employee stated that they would make me another one. The carhop brings me the 2nd toaster and the bread & bacon was burnt again! I pushed the button again & informed them that the 2nd toaster was also burnt and to refund me my money. I asked the carhop what’s going on in the kitchen? Is this some type of joke? The carhop stated “I don’t know.” I didn’t get her name, but the carhop was sincere & kept apologizing. I got my refund & left. I will no longer stop at the Sonic in Malvern. *Edit: Update 5/21/2024 - I visited the Sonic Drive-In in Hot Springs after leaving Malvern and ordered the bacon,
I got the wrong order I ordered a strawberry slush and didnt receive it
