Sonic Drive-In

Fast nice friendly went to sonic about 7pm ordered 2 drinks 2 orders of onion rings. Fast friendly drinks good not what we ordered but okay , however the onion rings extra extra crispy, over cooked not hot but lukewarm. Maybe ill try again later on , the young lady was very nice

I went for a cherry limeade and a sonic blast. The sonic blast was melted and I let them and the employee said she’ll make me another one. After about 5-7 minutes I press the red button once again and told them I was still waiting and she said she had forgot but she’ll be right out. Few more minutes passed and once again she said she had forgotten AGAIN! I told her I just wanted a refund and she said ok. I had also left a tip at the beginning! I will never go again to this location and I don’t recommend anyone else to go there!

The staff are nice, but my order is never right and it takes a really long time (20 minutes to get one drink and breakfast burrito on an app order. Got home, pulled out my breakfast burrito and it had NO sausage, only egg and cheese. $3.99 seems steep if this is what their breakfast burrito looks like now.

When I first started coming here, I could count on decent service and food. While the food is still decent (in my limited experience), the service has TANKED. Within the last 2 visits, the carhops were rude for no reason - specifically the last one who just gave me my food and drink and left. Not too sure what the deal is but it's frustrating

Placed an order on the Sonic mobile app, which was very convenient BTW! I'm o ly giving them 4 stars because ketchup was not offered with my meal. When someone orders tator tots, you'd think they would automatically give it or at least offer. I ordered a chili cheese coney, tator tots and Dr pepper. Food was great. But the cheese was all stuck to the wrapper of my coney dog. It took a little over 4 minutes to get my order once I checked in on the app. The app was definitely easy to use and made the process fairly quick!
