Sonic Drive-In

Horrible food tots tasted like dirty old oil, my sandwich had more sauce than meat like a ridiculous amount they were out of lids so they put a dome lid that was too small as soon as I went for a sip it spilled all over everything. If you have time drive to a different location it’s clear that this one doesn’t care

Service routinely sucks here with little to no improvement. Even speaking slowly and repeating a simple order 5 times still gets a "what?" Atmosphere also sucks with the stalls rarely working as intended and just told to pull the drive through. Somehow saying I want a basic plain burger gets me a burger with things I didnt want on it.

Had to wait 25 mins after my order was suppose to be picked up get home and my brother got fries instead of tots and my coneys are burnt....like what is up with people not caring about their job anymore....I know yall wouldn't want to eat this bs!!!

1st we sat in the car hop pushed button several times waited over 20 min with no response, then pulled through drive through sat another 10 min finally I said helloooo... their response was to give them a min. I responded I've already waited 30 min, waited another 10 min and I told them I had to have my passenger home by 10 pm how long was it going to take. They replied again to give them a min, that they had several orders on screen.While there was only one other person in the drive through and one person in the car hop. She finally asked me for my order.I told her my order.She told me to pull up for my total which that's kind of hard because there's no other talk box to receive total. After another ten minutes, she came out with only half of our order.When we told her that wasn't our

Food is sometimes fresh and hot and sometimes not. They are friendly and fairly quick except during the lunch hour. They get very busy. This place is falling apart everything is broke they have to park their cars in front of stalls so people don't pull in this place is a disaster it is completely following apart it looks like they do no maintenance at all to this place I've never seen anything so embarrassed if I owned this restaurant I would be embarrassed. I went back went through the drive-thru and it was over an hour setting in the Drive-Thru I could not believe it the entire place is broke half of the stalls are broke it's horrible this place needs to be there rebuilt or just closed. The food was old and soggy it's gone downhill. I used to like this place at one time but I'm not
