Sonic Drive-In

I had placed an order through the app and my account got charged but i didnt get my original order. I waited several mins and made sure I checked in but didnt get anything.The app all of sudden said that it was out of those items. However, I ordered something else and got that. I patiently waited couple days to see will those fund be reimbursed. Im just now coming into conclusion my order was given to someone else. This is also not the first time I had complications here neither. People dont have money to be wasting like that. On the other hand, this customer service could be a bit better and understanding.

This Sonic has some of the RUDEST employees I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant. I placed an online order and even though I selected the other sonic, it swapped it to this one for whatever reason. (It’s done this several times but this time I wasn’t willing to go to the other side of town.) I called IMMEDIATELY, told them what happened, and asked them to cancel my order so that I could order at the correct Sonic. I was told “Maybe you should pay attention to where you’re placing your order, before you order.” Told them again that I DID in fact pay attention, but it changed the location on me after checkout. She then said “okay” (with attitude of course) AND THEN HANGS UP ON ME. No “I’ll get that cancelled” or anything. Just hangs up. I had to sit and refresh to make sure they ACTUAL

Place is a bit run down, the asphalt is terrible but whatever. Employees seem nice which is good — but I got the wrong order, whatever again, chicken sandwich, okay, I’ll eat that. Take a bite; it’s PINK inside. Nope. 🙂‍↔️ 👎🏻 What a waste

This place is in rough shape, I had a hair in my burrito, and the eggs were burnt. The screen to make a card payment didn't work, but it still charged my card, so I didn't have an opportunity to tip the server, because she did do a good job.

Very quick food delivery and very fresh. Honestly, I had once of the best cranberry limeades at this establishment as a visitor to Mississippi
