Sonic Drive-In

This location is terrible... Waited half an hour for my food when it was very slow. No one answering the red button either and rude when I ended up walking up to talk to someone. I normally don't review places but this was a horrible experience...

Don't go here if you're on a lunch hour. You won't get your food in time. I wasted over 30 minutes for a hot dog and some tots. The bun to the hot dog was ripped in half and the dog was just sitting on top.

Livid due to last night’s occurrences. I ordered through DoorDash I received my food for my wife. Burger was made incorrectly. I order #1 with no cheese, as my wife is lactose intolerant, I received it with cheese, even though the receipt said NO CHEESE. I then drive to the location to get it switched for the correct order. Whatever lady I spoke to at like she was annoyed with me. I switch out, I go home. My wife takes a couple bites and said something doesn’t taste right. We open the sandwich to see the NEW BURGER HAD CHEESE SCRAPED OFF OF IT! Why are these employees playing with people’s health? Why can’t I just get what I ordered?

Drive up screens never work so I have to pull out and find one that works. And when I do get to order food it takes forever. Should just close this place down like they're doing all the other sonics

I was accused of not paying for my food. When informed that their system sometimes doesn’t print out a receipt or register the payment, I informed the lady that’s not my problem and showed her my bank account statement showing where I paid for the food. This employee then told me to give the food back and I informed them I am not giving you the food back because I have already paid for it. You can send the manager out to my truck. The employee informed me. I am the manager and never returned after storming off. A simple Google search of this location shows numerous complaints of them, double charging and charging you after you’ve left for another order. Even after seeing the debit charge on my account for the exact amount of my receipt, they still were trying to give me a hard time.
