Sonic Drive-In

Count your days! This was the sloppiest burger I have ever ordered! No wonder there is no one in the drive-through if this is what y’all are sending out the window! Wasted my lunch break thanks so much.

I have updated my review of Sonic. We had a great experience and our food was hot and delicious Courteous and friendly employees. Thanks for making such a great improvement!

Happy hour always brings a smile to my face; Hot Onion rings are not on the special but is highly recommended and top it off with a cherry sprite.

Incase you were wondering why it takes you 15 minutes at the drive through, this is what goes on at your local sonic. this is what this lady was doing the entire time of my visit. all of the other ladies in there were cleaning and doing their job, then there’s this one rotten egg out of the bunch that don’t deserve a job. She didn’t even know I had already paid for my order, and they had tried charging me twice.

The milkshakes themselves are good, however the service was AWFUL. It took 45 minutes for 3 milkshakes, then 10 more minutes for the 2 they got wrong. The lady at the window acted like we did something wrong even though they messed up our order. Also? They read our order back to us and STILL got it wrong? I hope they get better management cause the current is awful if they’re allowing them to run the restaurant like that. Also? The people we had with us CURRENTLY WORKED CUSTOMER SERVICE! So we were attempting to give benefit of the doubt but still absolutely atrocious how rude they were.
