Sonic Drive-In

Was told to wait to order, so we waited 8 minutes to place order. The order took 32 minutes to prepare, the drinks came first and the food came about 7 minutes later. We make sure all food was accounted for. Came home all the chicken meals and the corn dog seemed to have been fried, sat out all day and fried again, causing them to be dry and hard. Fries and tots were warm. Horrible customer service and food was disgusting.

Mobile ordered in the app. App said they would close at midnight got there at 10:50 Google even said they were open but when we got there all the lights were off nobody was there no cars. When we called the 800 number to get our money back even corporate was confused as to why no one was there. Someone needs to come straighten out this Sonic cuz they are lost in the sauce. Also the 800 number couldn't give us our money back because they had to wait for the location the process it before they can see the transaction. The other Sonic you went to nearby even knew that this Sonic is known for being terrible.

The order was as simple as can be. Meat, cheese, mayo. Leave off Tomato and Lettuce. Allergies to Tomato, yet paying $20 to have dinner for a $5 meal, that the staff completely didn't read and could have caused an issue. The manager on May 28, 2020 @ 11pm was COMPLETELY , and I mean, COMPLETELY Unprofessional. I explained the situation. I walked 2 miles to the store because this was not right. The manager wouldn't tell me her managers name, wanted to give me a replacement, yet didn't want to be professional about everything. Walked back inside and started talking extremely inappropriate comments to her coworker. She offered to give me the replacement, but there is absolutely NO way that I would even accept the food after my encounter at that store.

Ordered hot fudge sundae, crinkle fries and queso dip. It appears the fries were cooked, old, and precooked again. They were extremely salty as well. I couldn't eat them. Highly disappointed. $10 for what?? Ugh

This Sonic location is worst restaurant I’ve been to in my life. Waiting 30+ mins (even though we ordered ahead on the app), no drinks brought to us (then had to ask what we had again to remember), and our cheese not brought out with our pretzel twists (then told by employee that we didn’t order them even though it comes with it by default). Get home to eat, and it is the WORST quality ever. Pickle fries are burnt to a crisp. Burgers were dry and the wings were the tiny pieces from the bottom of the bag. The best part were the pretzel twists. Of course, because they aren’t made there. I’d leave 0 stars if I could. I should be paid to eat this food.
