Sonic Drive-In

We visited here for a quick treat. My husband got a hot fudge milkshake and I got a turtle truffle nut blast. My husband received a cup with Hot fudge in the bottom of the cup and the dairy product the rest of the way up the cup. It looked like it hadn't even been blended. I received a cup of vanilla dairy product with about a teaspoon of the candies on the bottom and the top. Nothing in between but dairy product. Again it looked like it had not been blended. I immediately went back to the lady who waited on us. She looked like she could have possibly been a manager. I mentioned it to her that we have gotten these other items at other sonics before and they were always blended. I asked if we could at least get them mixed a bit more than what we were given which was nothing more than a cup

Over the last couple of months had delicious smash burgers, but last night was very disappointed. The burgers were not cooked right at all. Not hot or sizzled. The cheese was barely melted. This place is not busy. You'd think they could at least cook the food correctly. I don't expect it to be open much longer.

The Spanish lady that works the drive thru window is very nice, honestly brightens my mood to interact with her, in like a not creepy way. You guys have good employees.

I’ve come here a few times and the food is always fine. Nothing to complain about for sure. But the service is always horrible. Passive aggressive and they make it clear they don’t want to work. Today was worse though. We were running late from work and just needed something quick to eat. We stopped by this sonic at 10:40 (20 minutes before close) and were told they closed the kitchen and couldn’t help us. If you come here (not that you should) make sure you’re there early enough that they’ll actually serve you. And still accept passive aggressive service regardless of the time of day

This is just so unfortunate and quite frankly ridiculous. I arrived at Sonic today at around 10:45am. I had ordered ahead on the app, so I parked in a stall and checked in. I didn’t receive my order until 11:10am. My sandwich was smashed, my drink had only a thin layer of ice on the top and was warm (I ordered extra ice), and my Medium Buffalo popcorn chicken arrived plain, in a small container, with no sauces. I also ordered fried pickles which tasted amazing, but were extremely soggy and barely warm at all. My daughter’s kids meal was crushed in the bag. I ended up going through the drive through since my husband had asked for tots while I was waiting. I sat in line with only two cars ahead of me for 25 minutes.
