Sonic Drive-In

The stalls are so small and tight that I cant fit my truck into them comfortably and once pulled in I definitely cant open my door to then throw my trash away. I always have to park to the side and then walk to the menu at the outdoor seating area. Thats truly my only complaint, everything else is great.

We were there yesterday. I should’ve just got my money back but we thought we give y’all a try and you still missed everything up. We just didn’t complain again and we wasted $25 on crap. We will never be back. The hotdog dog chili cheese hotdog dog was nasty as hell not even cooked the chili cheese fries were the worst fries I’ve ever had in my life. My boyfriend sandwich was all wrong twice. We told you no ketchup and twice you put ketch His fries were horrible I pretty much didn’t eat. The only thing I had was a vanilla Coke.

I ordered a large Oreo Cheesecake shake and a medium Oreo Blast with extra cookies. I placed the order in the app, and it still took 20 minutes to receive our order. Once I received the order and both cups were not filled. Most of the cookies in both items were stale (only a few had a crunch). Im not impressed at all

EDIT : After posting this review and getting home, I realized I am missing multiple items from my order as well. Get it together. This is genuinely ridiculous. If you want Sonic, find a different location. Every time I come here it’s an issue. All I ask is that my food be cooked extra crispy, not burnt to a crisp. This is at least the 3rd time this same location has done this, or not cooked them crispy at all. I learned my lesson this time.

Waited over 20 minutes for two pretzel, not only did they mix up the order but they were also extremely rude and disrespectful. We had other food in the car but wanted the two pretzels, the other food got cold and we asked for a discount for making us wait that long and mixing up our order. They we're rude and nasty about it and the shift manager was the main one since he delivered our food. Not only that but it was cold, we left without our food. If you want actually good service and food, don't come here.
