Samantha was exceptional! She exceeded my expectations! I had to take my late husband's name off the car title, which had many steps to the process. PennDot wanted me to send all of this paperwork back to them, but Samantha was able to do it all! (She even gave me a screwdriver so that I could put the new license plate on my car!) All I have to do is wait for PennDot to send me my new title. Samantha was great to work with, I was done in probably less than 15minutes.)
