Honest Review from a former Client. Let me save you some time, headache, and money. They don't want YOUR business. Apparently they have enough business. After being a valued client of theirs for several years they informed me that they no longer require or want my business. No wrong doing on my part. They just decided that they have enough clients. In a letter they sent to me on August 15, 2021 it stated, "You have been a true friend of our firm over the years; which makes our decision even more difficult. Your trust in our services has played a part in the growth we have experienced. Now, unfortuanetly, we must regrettably inform you that we can no longer continue to serve you...We've enjoyed our relationship over the years and appreciate the trust you've placed in us. You will be sorry if you go here they will loose your paperwork not return phone calls or emails. I am in serious trouble with IRS because of them they had 1.5 years to file my taxes for 2020 and never did. They also have not filed my 2021! YOU WILL BE SORRY! I am warning you they are not fit to do taxes or bookkeeping. They are greedy they charge ALOT of money and want all the business from the new people moving to Idaho because no-one else is accepting new clients because they are full. But he told me "Ill take the business" greedy. But he cant give the service you are there to receive and charge ALOT of money. I have tried several CPAs in CDA. None of them ever returned calls on time. None of them were easily accessible. And none of them were effective. Finally, I found Terry Kissler! This guy really cares! He or his staff respond to emails usually within 24 hours. He gives you the time of day, and is incredibly effective. Because of Terry, I am finally caught up on all of my tax returns and I sleep soooo much better at night. THANK YOU, TERRY!!
