Sotelo's Tacos El Paisa

Finally found some great Mexican food in the Springs. Not the standard whitewashed nonsense that you'd typically find. Sotelo's is the only place in the Springs that serves authentic Al Pastor. It's actually cooked on a vertical rotisserie in a traditional Shepherd's Pork style just like when the recipe was developed in Puebla, Mexico in the early 20th century. You guys are awesome.

The food is sooo good. I’m visiting from Chicago and I finally found authentic Mexican food. Amazing and delicious food and the people were so friendly! Such a great family business. I’ll always come back when I visit again!

When I tell you coming from Florida, THIS IS THE BEST FOOD I’VE EATEN SINCE MOVING HERE I mean it. Hands down the best street tacos with real authentic flavor and delicious handmade tortillas!!! They just gained a family of 4’s forever business. And the salsa!!!! Don’t even get me started. 10/10

The service here is phenomenal but the food is soooo good. The sopes are the BEST!!! The al pastor was super juicy and flavorful with the pineapple. The quesabirrias are good but I would recommend the tacos de al pastor and sopes over them. This place also serves the best horchata in the world!!!

WOW!!! We ordered tacos in every meat they had available. And they were all AMAZING! The staff is friendly and fun. We went on a Friday evening and they had a huge line. They worked so quickly and the order took no time at all! The customers guided us on different meats while we waited to order. And guess what? Everyone liked all of the meats offered. So I did what anyone would do.. I ordered all of them!
