Just Incredible. Jesus the owner was a pure delight to talk with about Cuban history, Ybor city and most importantly his ancestral knowledge. I wish I had more time to sit and enjoy his knowledge and life's experiences but this is truly a conversation I will take with gratitude and love. Now onto the Cuban Sandwich. I have tried many in the Tampa area, and normally they just get better and better but this here Cuban Sandwhich was the Mona Lisa of them all. Pure mouth watering goodness for every bite, the softness of the fresh baked and delivered daily bread, to the fresh roasted pork to the ham, cheese and pickles. I do believe that God willed me here so that I have finally ended my search for the ultimate goodness of this historical sandwhich. What I truly found most interesting is in

Ohh my goodness, the ceviche the best I’ve ever tasted. The tuna very fresh and delicious. Flavor, flavor, flavors galore. If like ceviche you will love this recipe. I’m visiting from VA and have to fly back today before I head to the airport I’m stopping by soil de Cuba for a ceviche to go. Highly recommend if you visit Tampa this is a must visit 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This place has the best authentic Cuban food that I have tried in Tampa. The service is 10/10. They are very friendly and treat you like family. One of my favorite things is that they make their own sauces,hot sauce and marinades that you can purchase already bottled up in their restaurant.

Hard finding great Cubans, but that's not the only thing great, the cafe con leche, deviled crab, empanada, ceviche and chicharrón!! Everything was extremely delicious and I don't rave much about places to and their food but this place was on point!! Atmosphere is so nice and inviting also and the staff are amazing and friendly!

Wow! The sandwich was so tender and the taste was completely authenticly,Cuban! We will be back! It was really nice to meet the owner. He gave q great history lessons in how the culture here was introduced to Florida.! What a really wonderful place. A must visit!
