Customer Reviews
If you’re looking for an authentic lobster experience, this is your place. We had a super well priced, huge lobster meal, with the most delicious clams, fresh corn and juicy lobster — so good that we came back a few days later. I thinks we can say its the best lobster in new England, which might mean the best in the world.
This place is truly awesome! We rented a house in the area and happened upon this local spot and based on the positive reviews, decided to give it a try. The staff is SO friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. We sat on the dock to eat and watched as multiple boats stopped to delivered fresh lobster. It doesn’t get better than that! The oysters were also delicious and freshly shucked for us. We took our two young kids with us and the staff made it fun for them and let them pick the lobsters from the tank to be steamed and then the kids loved watching all the boats and fisherman coming and going and the lobsters being delivered and weighed on the working dock, and you certainly can’t beat the prices!!
No frills working wharf with great food! Picnic tables under an awning on the wharf let you enjoy your lunch or dinner while watching the boats in The Gut. Steamed soft shell in season are amazing. Great lobster rolls too and a modest selection of sides.
This was by far the best place that we have been for lobsters and clams. Very friendly, helpful, and the prices are great!!! We will definitely be coming back over and over again. Quiet little town far away from the tourists.
Great place to pick up freshly caught seafood or to have a bite to eat. The food is great here, and the service is fast. Beautiful views of the Gut, always boats cruising by.
