Where do I begin ? Me and my sister happened to get a flat tire … I called 911 and they sent someone out immediately. Mr white came and approached us appropriately and immediately jumped into care …. Tire didn’t work, he was willing to take us multiple places to get a tire and he also put the tire on and didn’t complain about it one time ….. Way to go sir.

State transport is hiring their own prosecutor attorney to handle cases in CDL holder cases which is an issue with biased prosecution or a conflict of interest. I do see this is a problem with getting a fair trial for CDL holders in cases in Cherokee county and other counties in SC. A prosecutor should always be a separate agency then the agency that is bringing a matter such as traffic cases to court to protect against the high potential of bias and also having a conflict of interest when the states witness or any witness the state brings in could have a connection outside the court room. This devalues the institution of justice or the confidence of the judicial system when the agency does this. Police officers should not try cases due to the issue with not being held to the same standar

The speed limits on SC Highways are an inconsistent and utter joke. I can only assume they are set that way so SCDPS can find simple ways to collect ticket revenue. There are straight, wide major roadways with 45 mph speed limits, and then there are dark, narrow, dangerous country backroads with the same exact speed limit. It makes no sense! SC Highway patrol will ticket you for going 60 mph in a 45 on a Highway type of road that shouldn’t have a 45 mph to begin with. You’ll never receive a warning either, you’ll get an instant ticket from SC Highway patrol as if that’s what they’ve been instructed to do so. Just keep collecting ticket fees from hard working, tax paying families. And yet, what really amazes me about the state of SC is that every time you drive on I-77 you’ll be passed
