South County Outdoor Pool

We love this pool! I do wish there was more shade. My kids love the diving boards. I love the grassy areas to sit on. I love that they let you bring in snacks and drinks. My kids love the diving boards. There is a lot of grassy area to sit on.

It is a nice, simple pool. It is disappointing that I couldn't use my infant floaty so I could also be in the water with my toddler. There isn't any amenities for little ones, plan on bringing a life jacket if they can't swim. Shallow area gets deep quick for smaller kids. Limited shade and snack counter is just candy. No floaties allowed, strict diving board rules. Lots of nice grass areas.

Clean and nice facilities. Bathroom is a bit under kept. Only issue is actually getting in. Family getting pool passes for the summer which understandably takes longer. 5 people in the booth, 2 of which wearing cans (listening) to music, one standing around and one with a clipboard for some reason. Tried to use the other line which said open however was told “go back to the other side”. Love waiting while watching office not lifeguards do nothing. Once in the lifeguards do a great job and again the pool is very nice. Beware limited shade and options at the snack shack. Just candy and ice cream. No lunch items.

Great pool. Staff is awsome. I just wish they would stay open later on the weekdays. Like 730pm for people who work and would like to swim afterwards. Weekends should be later also

I've been coming to this pool since it opened in the 90's! We love it! The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. There is a snack bar Monday through Saturday and the prices are reasonable. (You can't bring food into the facility). There isn't a lot of shade so bring a canopy if you're planning on sitting on the sidelines. Great pool!
