South Miami Branch Library

Two hours free parking, the reference desk lady is somewhat too serious, feels like a old dingy library with few computers. Good place if you need to do something quick but very few friendly staff, one gentleman was kind.

I want to give a very special thank you to the wonderful staff at the South Miami Library. Recently, I visited with my 15-year-old son, who has autism, and I was deeply moved by the kindness and professionalism we experienced. First, I’d like to recognize Jerry. He has helped me before, and once again he showed what an asset he is to the library. His professionalism and patience truly stand out. I also want to thank Valerie (or Val). I apologize if I didn’t spell your name correctly, but I want you to know how much of an impact you made.
