Southbound Smokehouse- Riverside

Lovely balcony view of Savannah River and the ice rink that North Augusta has right now! Sweet waitress, Amber! She was great. The Crummy Bowl was really tasty., and the collards were perfect!!! The drinks were so pretty. They were maybe year than sweet in flavor, but very festive.

If you’re looking for a place that’s lively and casual to hang out with friends, this is the spot. They have indoor and outdoor seating right by river. The food is nothing to rave about. We ordered nachos that didn’t taste good so we tried to add additional sauce to it. The wings were okay. I asked if I can order two flavors for an order of 10 piece wings and was told no but I have the option to order them dry with my choice of sauces on the side. I personally never heard of such option and it really takes away from having really good wings. I’m not sure if quality of their menu is a priority for them over drinks and ambience. Would I go there again? Yes.

Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. We stopped for dinner on our homeschool field trip, and it was a great way to end the day!

This place is the BEST!! Our server Amber was so attentive, and the manager Tiffany came and met us! Great chats with both. Smoked wings are delicious, as well as the fries and ranch. Highly recommend this place!

Let's talk about our server 1st. Savannah is no doubt in my experience the best waitress we've ever had. Her personality was great. Very nice and personable. She checked on us often and made an extra sale(barbeque sauce). Employee of the month. The food was good. The sauce were spot on. We will come back because of our waitress.
