I have had nothing but an amazing experience here. Ian is the most caring and supportive medical professional I have ever encountered. The receptionists are always kind and helpful. At certain times they will have an increase in calls and don’t answer, but calling back 30 minutes later has always worked. Chris is someone who loves their job and it shows in the work he does. Overall, I have never had a better experience at any medical facility. Recommend to any and everyone!

Best health care service I have received in Pocatello. The nurses and receptionists always treat you with kindness and make sure to check in with you. The doctor is very kind as well as thorough. He always explains things clearly and gives you all the options available to you.

The health department has some amazing employees. These guys are willing to help do anything in their wheelhouse. As a next door neighbor, we’ve had so many needs throughout the pandemic and they’ve been amazing to step in and help. From volunteer testing, to setting up vaccines and even after hours questions. They are amazing!

It never fails when I call no one answers. I wish appointments would go back to in person because they NEVER call on time. My appointment yesterday was scheduled for 10 AM and I didn’t get a call until after 3 pm. As someone who works an 8-5 I don’t have time to just hop on a call that takes an hour. I’ve mentioned this issue before and was supposed to be getting texts before they call but that hasn’t been happening either.

I know that the people who are trying to schedule and administer the COVID-19 vaccines are probably going crazy right now. Whoever answered my calls when I originally scheduled our appointment and subsequent reschedule was extremely nice and very helpful. I wish I would have asked her name so that I could identify her in this post. She made a stressful situation totally stress free. Kudos to all our health care workers
