Southern Charm on the Beach

Southern Charm was the perfect location for our ladies’ retreat. The views of the ocean were stunning. Each room has different beach themed colors and appointments. The towels were fluffy and everything was so clean. Coordination with the owner couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend this property for your next big gathering.

Southern Charm was the perfect place for our large family gathering - (32 people, 6 were young children ). There were lots of places to spread out - for quiet or game time. Great outside porch with rocking chairs to watch the ocean. Loved that each room had a bathroom! Fran was great to work with and very responsive with questions during our stay.

Such a wonderful home to be shared by many! We had 32 people, children and adults, who enjoyed the fabulous rooms (each with its own bathroom), multiple gathering areas, porches (with rocking chairs), pool area and lovely beaches! Three refrigerators, grills and three ovens made cooking easy. Four large tables welcomed a dining experience for all, together. Laundry rooms on both levels helped keep us clean, with and elevator to assist moving in and out. Fran, the owner, was always available for assistance and questions. Highly recommended for large groups to enjoy fun and sun and beach!

What a beautiful gem on Holden Beach! The Bride and Groom suites had amazing oceanfront views which we enjoyed from our own private deck. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms/bathrooms were super clean. The shared spaces and common areas were well kept and cozy. Fran was fantastic to work with, she made booking and check in easy and responded to us right away. We would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend Southern Charm! It is an amazing home in Holden Beach with a beautiful view and all the amenities you could ask for. Lots of room for a large group or a reunion. We wished we would have stayed longer and will do so next time we visit! Fran was a great host!
