Southern Spice is the name, Southern Soul Food is the game. A meat, two sides and a roll or cornbread is the meal. Choices include; juicy fried chicken, baked bbq chicken, hamburger steak w gravy and onions or ribs were the meats today. Vegetable/sides included; super creamy, cheesy Mac and cheese, rice, gravy, black eyed peas and broccoli. Corn bread or a they-made-it soft roll. Tea and soft drinks are available. A steady stream of to-go orders throughout the lunch hour. 6 four-top tables if you want to dine in. R&B music 🎼 in the background. Bright colors in the dining room. Friendly service.

The cashier only sed you want grape? or strawberry jelly ? And the total and that was it nobody greeted anybody walking in grits was gritty I had more grains then actual grits itself y'all should do better when being a restaurant worker be professional greet people make them feel welcomed nobody even smiled not even the food server $16 for two breakfast plates is crazy

I just walked in a few minutes ago, customer service is terrible. No one greets you when you walk in the door & the speed of service is nonexistent. The girl behind the counter proceeded to do everything else but take my order. I stood there for ten minutes, while I watched her and the guy in the back do nothing. Even after standing there for so long, all she did was walk to the back I was never acknowledged. Why should one pay their hard earned money for bad service and food thats been sitting out all day? Something has to give.

There food is good but expensive I paid 21 dollars for 2 porkchops and some rice and a powerade the prices seem to go up and down alot

Fast service, home cooking. Everything we got was delicious. For an out of the way place, the food was well worth it.
