Southport Eatery

This was better than I expected for a hospital cafeteria dining experience. Over the course of several days I had the opportunity to sample every different meal time offering. The staff is very friendly. There are numerous options at every meal offering including a hot line with a rotating menu and a made to order grill and deli. Robust salad bar, breakfast bar with yogurt, bagels, etc. coffee from local Chesapeake roasters. Very large dessert selection and a cooler that is always stocked with premade sandwiches and salads and a plethora of beverages. Plenty of seating indoor and outdoor.
