TB testing done here. I also noticed a WIC office inside as well.

I have tried going to this building during business hours and they were closed. I called and left a message for Linda almost a week ago and have not got a call back. When I called, I used every transfer number hoping to get a hold of someone and it went to a message machine every time. I even tried calling the St. George center and couldn't get a hold of anyone. I am trying to run a business but can not get a hold of anyone to take care of my questions. I'm a patient person but I am getting a little upset about this issue.

I’m a regular WIC customer here, it’s been twice now that they refuse service to me. The first time all I asked for is to use a phone and they did not let me. (I have used their phone twice before this) I had to call a cab to get home and it was very cold and snowing outside I couldn’t walk home. They could of at least called the cab for me, I had my newborn child with me and two other toddlers. The second time I forgot my WIC pamphlet and they told me it was mandatory I have it with me and they couldn’t give me my WIC checks. I asked if they can make an exception since I don’t have my own vehicle to go around and my baby needs her milk, the nurse said “yea I can. if you wait 30 minutes to see if I can get a hold of the director” so I said sure I’ll wait. They ended up giving me a new one

I have been so impress with the organization and efficiency with the SWU Health Department. We were in and out in 5 minutes. All the personnel were friendly and made us comfortable. Other states should come here and see how Utah runs things.

I dont know if google is wrong about the hours that they are open, but im here at 1:45 on a Friday and it says it should be open but it's not. There are no signs posted on the door saying closed or anything so idk. I really need to gwt my baby his shots and this is frustrating because it's the second time I've come during the time it should be open and it's closed.
