i had a great experience today Feb 14 at the Speedway store on E. Jolly Road in Lansing, Michigan. customer rep Sandra took the time to verify and get the 2for1 pizza deal for me. the computer would not recognize it, so Sandra made calls to people who could get us thru the checkout process. Sandra cares about giving quality customer service in a friendly professional manner. thank you Sandra for your great work today. Glenn Varlesi Haslett, Michigan😊

Came in just to grab a quick pizza slice, he took two pepperoni back that were left in the heating rack i assumed to put more on it, bf asked the guy what kind of pizza he was about to have out in the hot area and he said “cheese- i was too lazy to do toppings” which i kinda shrugged off cause even tho it’s annoying on my end, I can understand. We ended up ordering a personal pizza, and it ended up being halfway done only piece being fully warm the rest was cold. Now wondering why the two slices last weren’t put on the other empty racks but now I’m guessing he just took em for the back. I felt like an ass writing this cause it’s “just the gas station” but having a whole cafe in there I’d hope someone would wanna do a bit more than half ass their customers. I shop here daily so it frustrates me to post this as I’ve talked to multiple staff about this being like this and nothing changes. Disappointed with the new management at the Speedway Café Ever since the café at my local Speedway changed managers, the quality and consistency have completely gone downhill. Every morning, there’s barely anything prepared or stocked. The hot food area is almost always empty, and it’s frustrating to stop in before work only to find that nothing’s ready. This used to be a reliable spot to grab a quick breakfast, but now it feels like no one’s managing the place properly. I hope Speedway takes notice and brings back the level of service and preparation that regular customers like me were used to.

Went in today for Lunch for a sub. The employee couldn't follow a simple order. I asked for a 12 inch TURKEY and mac and cheese bites. Took them 20 min. She handed me a 6 inch sub and I told her I ordered a 12 inch. Which then took longer. Came back to work to FINALLY enjoy my meal and she put salami on it. 🤮. Had to rip that off. Should really pay attention to an order.
