Spice It Up kitchens/Catering

I’ve been here a few times now and I’ve never been disappointed. Food is always hot and fresh and tastes just like home. I haven't tried every thing on the menu yet but I will. Being Jamaican myself the flavors are there and Chef Terry is as dope as they come! My favorite dish is the Curry Goat and has been for all of my life so that’s what I always get. My wife enjoyed the Oxtails I got her. Right now the only negative would be they aren’t available everyday but even that is temporary. I have nothing to complain about honestly. Cordova has been needing a Jamaican Food truck and I’m glad it’s here!

I am a Miami native where Caribbean Cuisine is a main stay! Needless to say I was excited to hear of this food truck and the Caribbean Cuisine that would be offered. My daughter and I rushed right over. As after the grand opening. The truck didn’t appear again for approximately a month. I looked forward to taking a bite and feeling like I was back at home … That Didn’t Happen! Spicy does not mean good. All Caribbean food IS NOT SPICY! I’ve had my share. There are traditional dishes that are and oxtail is not one of them 🤷🏾‍♀️. I didn’t enjoy it and more than likely will not patronize this food truck again! It’s a one and done and a 2 out of 10! Eat at your own risk ✌🏾!y

The best Caribbean food I’ve had since moving to Memphis. This will definitely be my new lunch spot!! The food is amazing!!
