Splendora Cafe & BBQ

We had an absolutely amazing waitress. Thank God, because the food was horrible. That does not even begin to describe it! All of the meat, but especially the brisket was drier than the Sahara Desert. The barbecue sauce should not even be called that. It was more like a runny caramel colored extra sweet syrup with a hint of cinnamon and an after taste that stays with you. All of the sides were directly from your most generic box mix from the grocery store shelf and none of it was edible. We did pay our entire $65 bill and tip our waitress well because this was not her fault. She told the manager about our issue, and they never even bother to speak to us. Most expensive meal my dogs ever choked down. We did give them extra water with it though.

This place is by far the worst bbq I've had in awhile . The meat both pulled pork & chopped brisket were unflattering, no flavor at all ! The pulled pork wasn't even what is consider pulled. The cobbler was trash. Gooey & smelt horrible. The bbq sauce was gross . Very pepper like & had an awful aftertaste. For 16 $ baked potatoes I'd go elsewhere. We won't be back here.

Ashley was an absolute ROCKSTAR server who turned our meal into a five-star adventure! From the moment she greeted us with her infectious energy and killer recommendations, we were hooked—our food arrived piping hot, perfectly flavored, and way better than expected. We wish we could clone her and have her at every table every time; she’s the secret ingredient that makes this spot unforgettable. 5 stars, hands down—come for the grub, stay for the Ashley magic! 🌟🍽️

Our server was very loud and aggressive ( I get its loud but jeez she shouted our order at us twice) Food was pretty good but when some one asks for jalepenos for there potatoe 3 is pieces is not enough. Today was my sons birthday and the lady made a comment that it was not his birthday. Son was born 9/28/2011 just fyi. Put the bill on the table and came buy twice as if we werent going to pay. I really hope you train your waiters that that is not acceptable. FRIED PICKLES ARE THE BEST I HAVE HAD EVER HAD MUST GET!!!

Wow, these beef ribs ARE ON POINT! Smokey, dry rub heaven in every single bite. Definitely worth it! If you're looking for quality beef ribs.
