Split

I tried Cado which is a vegetarian sandwich and has fried cauliflower in it. I felt it was a bit dry and could use bit more dressing. The service was fast. The place was clean and maintained.

Super crowded during lunch, but the sandwich was tasty! It’s in the heart of Techland, with swarms of 20- and 30-somethings waiting in line between computer marathons. They offer burgers, sammies and salads, all of which are slightly above average price elsewhere, but I guess since the ingredients are (I’m assuming) organic, farm2table, locally sourced, conserved with minimum fair trade and offering gluten free options (!) it’s all worth it!

Food is good but a burger, fries and a drink will set you back between $25-30. Then again, so will most other burger joints around. There’s outdoor seating in the plaza just outside the restaurant and it’s quite lovely on a cool afternoon when it isn’t too windy.

First time at Split. Great farm to table joint. Veggie Avocado smash tasty. Never had sunflower spouts but they were a nice addition to the sandwich. Asked for the fries to be crispy & they were not so I guess extra crispy is the way to go next next time.

As a lover of fried chicken I'll definitely be back. Came here for lunch with a friend and got the classic sandwich with fries and a lemonade. All tasted great. The only downside was that my food was ready for a while but my buzzer never went off. Apparently they can get out of range if you sit outside. I do hope they fix this cause this led to my food being a bit cold when I got it.
