As a chef, Spokane Restaurant Equip. is definitely an establishment I enjoy coming to for all my kitchen needs. But most importantly I’d like to point out that the staff consistently provides excellent service. James, Sarah, Ryan, Dave, Mike; special thanks to you guys for making every visit a positive experience. It is nice to see the place kept clean and well organized. Keep up the great work!

I went in to do some research on equipment for a full bar. James Nelson was incredibly helpful and informative. He spent the time to get us quotes and information on various options and was even able to recommend equipment commonly used in other bars. Not a lot of sales persons are always willing to give that kind of time unless they are 100% sure there is a sale at the end. Will buy from them now and will keep them at the top of our list in the future!

Was in twice recently, both times helped by David Nelson. He provided the strongest customer service I've received from a representative in any industry in a very long time. Breadth, with great depth, of knowledge of equipment that was extremely impressive. David exhibited the kind of detailed and practical knowledge about cooking equipment that can only be gained by extensive chef and management experience in restaurants (which he confirmed is his background, in spades, after I inquired). More impressive was his enthusiasm and interest in understanding and meeting my needs. In fact, he ended up suggesting several creative alternatives to what I'd come into the store to buy., that were things I'd never have come up with on my own.
