I stopped dinner, man what can I say this play looks decent but it's a facade, the people running this establishment are just running it into the ground, Andy at night and Kevin all together. The food quality is low, don't expect a decent meal here. The bartenders have attitudes; I'm not sure of her name but she generally works outside especially. The service is mid at best. They constantly have issues and police here. I could go on and on about the horror stories of things that pile up on this place, consider taking your business elsewhere.

Went there for Thanksgiving canned ham, was not dressing (ldont kno what), Mac was frozen with unbaked cheese on it. Just not good, but ok with mom and dad for Thanksgiving. Got the checks had 20% gratuity on all 3! To where we left a 45.00 tip to someone who did not bring our food, did not fill our drinks maybe seen twice after order taken. I am a server/ bartender30 years now I would never let my establishment charge gratuity. The manager was the rudest most hateful man I've ever tried to talk too. If she was good she'd got a better tip than the the gratuity, but she wasn't!! I will never step fiit back in there again. Horrible Thanksgiving!!

I went to dinner here with another couple a few weeks ago. This is one of our favorite places in Greenwood. Food is always good and we like the vibe and service. What I would really like to recognize is the manager. While we're eating someone hit our truck and left. Luckily a witness reported it to the manager who sought us out. He called the police, checked his video feeds and waited for the police to arrive so I could finish my dinner. When we went to pay our bill we discovered that he had taken care of paying it. That kind of service and help is above and beyond what I would have expected and made a bad situation easier to deal with.

Had great food and an amazing waitress, but my friend dropped her wrist band and we were treated like criminals. Incredibly disrespectful because of it. We had our food and as we were sitting around we got escorted out because her wrist band fell off. No problem, we said it was okay we were sorry and we started walking out. We all work in customer service and said it was our time to go. And we were walked out and talked to like criminals because her band fell off. Mind you no one underage was drinking. I understand doing your job but treating us like we didn’t belong and we were criminals was wrong. Thank you for the food but we will not being going again.
