We had such a great experience! Showed up right at happy hour on a Sunday. Every dish is generous and it was all very flavourful , nice menu for the kids. We were super lucky to be served by Jenna, she was so attentive to every single detail. We will be back for sure !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ — Spotted Horse Tavern, Shelton, CT Stopped in at the Spotted Horse Tavern and overall had a great experience. The vibe is warm and inviting, the drinks list is solid — though my martini, which I asked for on the rocks, came otherwise (minor hiccup, but hey, we move on). Food? They nailed it. The steak was perfectly cooked, juicy, and seasoned just right. The Brussels sprouts were crispy and flavorful, and my kid devoured their burger like it was the best thing on the planet. Dessert sealed the deal — the tiramisu was rich and dreamy, the flan was silky perfection, and the hint of coconut put it over the top. Honestly, dessert alone is worth the trip. Bottom line: even with the martini mix-up, I’d recommend Spotted Horse Tavern. Great food, great atmosphere, and some desserts

I walked in the door, through the curtain and was greated with a smile. I asked to sit at the bar and lucky for me, there was 1 seat left at the bar, music playing at a comfortable volume in the background and the bar was an impressive looking bar with backlit bottles and a great selection. JESS is one of the bartenders that welcomed me with an amazing smile and personality. She was inviting and very attentive. I didn't put her skills to the test by ordering a craft cocktail, but she was prompt and got my beer without delay even as busy as it was. Normally, I would take pictures of the food, but quite honestly, I didn't feel like it so you're going to have to take my word for it. As far as the food, it was amazing! I ordered raw oysters which were absolutely perfect, the eggplant appetizer

I had the nachos so I really can’t speak on the food as of yet. I was really there for drinks. The ambience and the atmosphere was great This is definitely a place you can go and chill and have a drink a nice appetizer next time I’m trying to brussels sprouts. they had live music however someone said that they also have a Dj this place is definitely worth checking out if you in ct

Fun place. Loved the specialty holiday martinis. Food was good. Decent size menue. Friendly staff. Can accommodate large groups.
