Springfield Bed & Breakfast

First time at a B&B and we certainly picked a great one. Home and room were simply charming with comfortable bed and amenities. Miss Mary and Joe were wonderful hosts, we felt like we were home. The morning breakfast was superb. Highly recommended, thanks Mary & Joe.|Mike & Pristine

The Springfield B&B is hands down the best I’ve ever visited. The home is absolutely beautiful, the food is exceptional, and Mary and Joe are truly amazing hosts. I made a special trip to Hertford just to stay here again—my last visit was as a little girl, and the memory had always stayed with me. Somehow, it was even better than I remembered. I can’t recommend it enough!

This Bed & Breakfast was amazing! Mary and Joe are great host and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was amazing! We enjoyed an evening on the big front porch with a glass of wine that was very relaxing. The rooms were nice and spacious. We will definitely be back again.

What a wonderful experience spending a long weekend with our hosts Mary & Joe! The house & property were absolutely idyllic, even at night with the lights throughout the garden area. Our room was spotless, extremely comfortable, & our hosts were warm & inviting. Mary & Joe prepared & served the best breakfasts I've ever had! We couldn't have experienced a better place for a home away from home!

We loved staying here in this historical family home. It was so clean and comfortable! Each breakfast was absolutely amazing and coffee was always available. Evening snacks were provided as well. Mary is an excellent cook and a fantastic hostess! Each day we left to go out, we came back to a made up bed and tidied up room. FYI… she doesn’t send email confirmations. It’s all done by snail mail. It wasn’t a problem at all, but something you should know. We had a five star stay for sure and we would definitely recommend it!!
