Do you need a copy of your birth certificate? If so, go see Victoria (I sure hope that was her name) 🤔. She was extremely efficient, very helpful and super nice. I know it seems like govt workers are sometimes "not so nice and not so friendly" but she excelled. The process was fast and I had the birth certificate for my mother in under 5 minutes. The building is clean and orderly. Employees were all friendly. Plenty of parking and it's easy to find. Great job!

This place is amazing! The receptionists were kind, patient and informative. The nurse, Nadia, was the same, and answered all of my questions throughly. I had to get vaccinated for nursing school and it was free with no insurance. They also gave me a record of every vaccine I have had. Quick and easy! I would love to work at a place like this.

I needed a new birth certificate today, and was helped filling the forms out. (I'm young, and haven't had to do the dmv and health department stuff before.) Everyone in there is very helpful and kind. As someone completely oblivious to everything, I 100% recommend coming here.

Had a bit of a challenging task but the lady that called into help, I'm not sure if she was a supervisor or manager but she was an angel. She was kind and patient and one of the people making a difference. Really just turned the whole day around. I actually left without what I came for but the customer service ended up awesome.

I had to get a new birth certificate and the entire process took, maybe, 5 minutes! The employees were very kind. I filled out the form online before hand and everything went so smoothly!! No stress, at all!
