I have never had so much trouble cancelling a subscription. The cost keeps going up and it appears to be impossible to cancel

For more than 4 months I make a weekly call because we do not receive our newspaper on Monday and Tuesday. Customer service indicated they will handle this and make sure the paper is delivered. I spoke with a supervisor and she indicated she would call every day to make sure we get the paper. What a joke that is. I have not received a call at all. I can’t seem to get a person from the United States to handle this. I don’t know what the big deal is. I pay monthly for the paper to be delivered 6 days a week but we only get 4 papers. So with that being said. DO NOT REQUEST TO HAVE YOUR PAPER DELIVERED. Customer service does not fix problems.

Being a trucker, getting in and out quickly is important. The people here seem to understand that. A lot of postal facilities we deliver to make it seem like they are doing you a big favor by doing what they are paid to do. Not so with this one. They treat us like a valued customer. We travel with our chocolate Lab and this is his favorite stop. The folks in the guard house always have dog biscuits for him. He gets so excited when when we pull up and climbs in my lap to reach out the window for his treat. His tail just wagging wildly. He also likes to visit the small pond on the property. This is a busy place with lots of trucks coming and going so for them to make each visit a pleasant experience says a lot about the people who work there. I really appreciate the good service.

There is no way to contact customer service locally about delivery issues. I dont want to talk to the Philippines .

Every morning at 12:30 we jump outta bed, jump into our van off we sped...we do this 365 days a year even more deliveries than the postal worker! And NO DAYS OFF...cant we take weekends off....please??!
