Great service here and very knowledgeable. I first came to Jessica after needing an amended return from a prior accountant's work. She helped me turn that around and I've subsequently used this firm for the last several years. I've also referred several friends and family members, both individual and small businesses, and they've all had great service done. Thank you!

I see my previous review is no longer up. Which is crazy to try and hide the BS that was pulled…. Here is the investigation.

Making an *edited* version from my review from at this point 5 years ago... this company use to be good, keywords "use to be" last year i was truly disappointed in this company and I hate to put you on blast but you all did it to yourself. I had my taxes in on time in a timely manner last year and waited till almost *September * to even hear anything back from them. Granted if I were in late I understand I'd have to pay that late fee and I was ready for it and the discussion I was going to have with the front desk gal until all I saw was the fee that they normally charged.. granted I owed in which I thought was odd already and upon further looking into all the work they did I happened to have found the extension pricing into my taxes.. so they made me pay for something I had no control ov

Do not recommend for personal tax returns. Submitted my taxes on March 24th and still have no return completed nor anticipated date of completion (June 13th). When someone has a lot of tax withheld and they hire a firm to process a return - it's poor customer service to leave them out to dry nearly 3 months without any proactive communication. Even reactive communication was obtuse - best answer I received was "your tax return is on his desk."

It has been absolute pleasure working with Jessica and Ashley! They are kind, patient, hardworking, and thorough! I cannot say enough great things about this company! Thank you Jessica and Ashley for helping us grow!
