Starbucks

I said twice “thank you “ when I got my coffee and ordering. They said nothing at all. Also worst cappuccino ever . Almost half cup empty . No chocolate power on top for cappuccino?

Multiple drinks that are ordered somehow do not come together. They come separately and if you ask to check on them, it’s very possible to receive unpleasant feedback in return so it’s probably best to not ask at all. I ordered a Venti Matcha Frappuccino. I also ordered a venti matcha latte and only 2/3 of the cup was full.

Rude staff who seem more interested in having a laugh with one another, missing cup sizes to force you to spend more in an already expensive airport, large queues. Absolute shambles.

When I wanted to order the woman completely ignored me. Then she noticed me, I told her my order and she looked away?! Just to ask me again whicj is very unprofessional. The guy who gave me my order was very nice and prevented the 1 star review. Get your staff in order! At least they should do their jobs. Drink was appropriate.

Loud and terrible staff who add to the noise in a busy store. When I was there, they ran out of lid for hot drinks? That’s strange. Is this even a Starbucks? The manager should do his job. Time to review the team and operations!
