Customer Experience Feedback I stopped in yesterday just before closing for a coffee and a grilled cheese. From the start, the interaction was disappointing. The young woman at the register repeatedly referred to me as “hun” in a condescending tone, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I requested that my coffee be prepared with enough room to add cream, but it was filled to the brim, making it impossible to do so. While waiting for my grilled cheese, I noticed that the sandwich hadn’t been placed in the grill or microwave. When I asked how much longer it would take, she kept replying, “a few more minutes,” despite the fact that I’ve ordered this item before and know it doesn’t take that long to prepare. On 10/20/25 at 4:12 pm ordered a pumpkin spice late. It was 4:45 pm and I never got the coffee. Person making the coffee claimed never receiving the order but I got charged for it. She even asked the lady in the register if i ordered the coffee and she said yes. Waited 10 more minutes thinking she was preparing the coffee but she didn't. I asked for my money to be refund.Very disappointed 😞

The service is excellent, the workers are friendly, greet with a smile. My only suggestion is, that I would like to see watermelon as a refresher flavor. I bought pink drink and it’s delicious. I will be glad to help name the watermelon flavor drink.

One of the best spots at this hospital. But as well too many people visit and only one HOT barista! Please add a extra one always the wait is long
