Starbucks

I wanted my recipe to scan my recipe and find out that the girl named Jade scanned her phone with the Starbucks QR code app to open her account. Very disappointed

Being rushed have no idea what there doing they don’t even get the correct names for orders made me waste my time and ended up getting a refund

Got here at 8:22pm and they close at 9pm she said she couldn't take my order because shes supposed to be cleaning...

This starbucks is the worst. Who is the manager. It is easily the slowest one I've ever been to. Unless you order your drink 30 mins ahead, it will not be ready. I've tried ordering 15 mins ahead and terrible. They need new leadership and more training.

All I asked for was no whipped cream , NONE AT ALL and I also bought a Starbucks cup ! To have my drink put in she made it in a regular cup then proceeded to pour the made drink in my Starbucks cup which it not a problem but u dry put the toppings on my drink and I simply didn’t ask for them when I made a statement about it she wanted to remake it. If u ain’t wanna do yo job you should have called in hon 😊
