Starbucks

I absolutely love this Starbucks and the staff they have here. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely seems to enjoy their job. I look forward to my daily visit where not only can I get a caffeine boost but good vibes and energy as well. The biggest compliment I can give is their consistency. I am somewhat particular about my drink and they nail it each and every time.

I don’t know who the manager is here but they need to get their team together. I placed a mobile order at 7:57am and at 8:33am I still had not received my drink. There were other mobile orders placed after mine that were coming out. I ended up having to leave as I was going to be late for work. Make sure to go through the drive thru or order at the counter as those were coming out faster than the mobile orders. I also counted 7 people behind the bar btw

SLOOOOOWWW! The service is slow and terrible. They are always out of something, don’t make drinks correctly, the drive thru line is ridiculous, the parking lot design is awful. You can’t have such a small lot with slow service. I have been stuck in the parking lot can’t get out because the drive thru is backed up. Only location like this in my experience. Only go here if you’re in no rush and are ok with spending at least 30min waiting for a drink.

Literally the [consistently] slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Never less than a 25 minute wait for a drink (even a simple Americano) both in the drive through and in-store. In-store is just full of people waiting, the drive through is always a mess and you can never get in/out of the parking lot because of it.

The urgency on mobile orders just not there. I understand scoring is important for drive thru and getting your customers out without a wait but most people that place mobile orders are loyal customers to the brand and/or trying to avoid the long wait. I came in at 527 for an order that was placed at 5 am for a tea that was made and completed by 530. That's insane. Not a thank you for waiting. Sorry for the inconvenience. Customer service can be better.
