Starbucks

We have loved this Starbucks mostly because of the employees. Every time we have gone there, the customer service is fantastic and they are so kind and easy to work with. I have my same grievance that I have with every Starbucks which is that I believe the coffee and food is way overpriced. I usually only go to Starbucks when I have a gift card because I don’t feel good about spending so much money on something that isn’t that great and is a huge chain. I’d rather spend the same amount at a local coffee shop that has far better coffee and bakery items.

It is really a SLOPP ORDER .I ordered a iced matcha from this location. Let’s see how they package my order. I paid $17 for nothing . Unbelievable!!!

Starbucks plz my beloved, you are so nice and you write such nice things on my drinks, but PLZ, I need a straw when I order a frappe delivery 😭 this is like the 7th time I've had to spoon eat my coffee. You're all so kind and you're customer service is incredible BUT PLZ, PLZ STARBUCKS I HUMBLY ASK FOR A STRAW IN THE BAG 😭😭😭

Very poor customer service. If they run out of the right lid for your drink size, don't expect them to demonstrate any empathy or to offer a useful solution. I was literally told today that they are "too busy to help customers that way". So take your chances - if they have the right supplies, you may be fine. But otherwise, don't you dare presume to stand in the way of their moneymaking.

I stopped this morning to get a venti hot tea. When I came to the drive through window to pick up my order. I was handed a Grande sized hot tea when I questioned it. I was met with an incredibly rude young lady. As well as an even ruder manager who told me that it was venti. And I was confused about the size. This Starbucks is the closest one to my house. And I continuously have issues with attitude and just overall rudeness. It's a shame that I will have to drive to Cumberland Parkway, Starbucks as that is the club. Closest, one from the one in Carlisle.
