Starbucks

Just checked out the new Starbucks and loved it! Super clean and the interior is really modern and stylish. The staff were all super nice and friendly. Plus, parking was super easy, which is always a win. Definitely coming back!

This new Starbucks in Chatsworth is absolutely worth checking out! From the moment you walk in, you can tell it’s one of the nicest and most modern Starbucks locations in the area. The design feels fresh and inviting, with tall windows that let in a lot of natural light and give the whole space a bright, open atmosphere. The seating is well thought out too — plenty of tables, comfortable chairs, and even cozy spots if you want to sit with a laptop or book for a while. The staff here are friendly, efficient, and seem genuinely happy to be working at this new store. Service has been smooth each time I’ve visited, and everything from the counters to the restrooms has been spotless. Had to check out this new Starbucks and glad I did! The atmosphere is so calming and the employees are so nice! So glad it has seating, perfect spot to read, do some work or catch up with a friend! 10/10

Everything was fine except for the employee’s attitude. I understand that working the day after Christmas isn’t very enjoyable, but it felt like they were holding back frustration while serving customers, with no smile at all. My drink was not prepared as ordered, so I asked for an exchange. There was no apology—my cup was simply taken away, a new one was made correctly, and nothing was said afterward. Overall, it was not a very pleasant experience.

to the girl working the window right this moment….i order ahead! and she wants to get upset and tell me to let her know before i get to the window that i need napkins????i ordered a pastry it should be a GIVEN.
