Starbucks Coffee Company

i came to this location because the woodrow plaza location is terrible. it’s safe to say i feel the same way about this location. there was nobody in the store and my drink was made 10 min after my app claimed it was supposed to be ready which is a CONSTANT issue i’m dealing with when i need to be places. I can also never taste the flavor i add in my coffee. i’m just really over this company and the coffees i get.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We lined up today at 4am to get the Starbucks glass bear cup we were about 30 people lined up. I was first on the line the workers came in and were getting ready for the day they had said there were 10 bear cups. When u called the store days before they were saying u better get here at least 30 minutes to line up with many of us did. They opened the door and I went to the register and the girl says there r only 2 and they don’t have them they r on the shelf. So now all they people start running to the shelf which was redicules I mean it almost started a war. So waiting in line ment nothing in the freezing cold. It was very u professional and rude. I was very upset and so were other people. I will never buy coffee here again! They treat their customers horri

Staff seems very all over the place and informal when addressing customers. Horrible customer service and overall atmosphere. The drink was also very bad for Starbucks.

Not your friendly Starbucks. Nobody attended me, they chose to chat with police officer who already received his order over taking mine. The worst part is when I “white” lady appeared they attended her right away so I decided to stand behind her to create a queue and when she left, the barista went away and left me standing there as I don’t exist. Racism is a problem and if baristas are racist and they choose to entertain only certain race then this Starbucks shouldn’t exist. Again, this is not your typical Starbucks where everyone is friendly and asks for your name to write it down and call you.

Excellent place super clean got the coffee almost instantly. Staff is very friendly i believe they get extremely busy at certain times.
