Kyle is seriously the best! She is so cheerful and makes my day every time I come in! It’s amazing how she can be busy doing her thing and never misses greeting everyone who walks in, regular customer or not. I wish there were more baristas like her. I wasn’t a fan of the only ordering through that app but it’s defiantly more convenient when going to work!

I was very disappointed with the service at this Starbucks. I walked in with my young daughter and asked to place an order, but the barista ( A younger white girls with blonde hair) kept telling me the “best way” was through the app—never once simply saying whether they could take my order at the counter. After asking multiple times, I was still dismissed and basically forced to go back to my car to download the app. While we were sitting there doing that, we watched another customer — a white father and his daughter — walk in and place an order at the counter without any issue and even pay with cash. Meanwhile, my daughter and I were turned away. I genuinely hate to even think it, but the inconsistency makes it hard not to question what was going on. This system is clearly not fair if s

Everyone who works here is very friendly and there are no problems, but there is only one problem. When we come to pick up Doordash orders, we wait too long and this wastes our time. Sometimes almost 20 customers take their orders and leave, and we continue to wait. We would be very happy if you could find a solution for this because sometimes we get fined for every time we wait.

Our sandwich was absolutely destroyed! This is how our sandwich came. Clearly whoever made this sandwich saw this little crumb of bread for the top piece and still decided to sell it. The bread was completely squished and there was only a quarter of a piece of bread on the top of the sandwich. A $6.00 sandwich is not worth this type of quality. I suggest a different Starbucks or the Wawa across the street because this is unacceptable.
