Starbucks Coffee Company

20241129 This store is located in Safeway facing the registers. The barista was very nice, and the Gingerbread Chai Latte with Soy was delicious 😋. I forgot to order their new toffee bundt cake! 😩

Every time I come to this Starbucks the older guy that works there always shakes his head and looks like he has a problem to do his JOB!!!! I don’t care if I’m ordering 4 drinks I’m not rushing ,I’m very patient but he gives a nasty look like I’m not paying my money to get what I want. I work in customer service as well and I’ve never had this experience but I’m gonna continue to come and get my drinks as I please. This is the only Starbucks that gives this energy everywhere else is so friendly and welcoming.I always say Thank you but I’m getting real tired of his reaction. Find somewhere else to work if you can’t be pleasant, next time I will ask to speak to someone above him and get the information I need cause I don’t understand the issue. Be kind and nice to all.

This is a VERY BUSY Starbucks location. Especially in the mornings. You're better off ordering online 20 minutes ahead of arriving because you will wait that long when ordering in person. Staff is friendly, just overwhelmed with orders. Parking lot too small. Parking can be challenging.

I made a stop 🛑 here for a few times to grab some iced coffee. While the place is clean and the service is generally friendly, but the pace of the service is on the very slow side or things. Also, the drinks are way overpriced - which is a unified price I guess across all Starbucks locations.

This Starbucks is located inside of the 24-hour Safeway, but the booth is not open all the time. It is staffed during the day. The inventory of food and seating is lacking due to its tiny size. The skill of the baristas here is fine, but for a better overall experience you'd be better served at the Fair Oaks Mall or another standalone location.
