Starbucks Coffee Company

I love my Starbucks (south, Hanover). Of course their drinks are always, on point. The only issue is have, is with the app. It allows me to order my drinks & have them be ready for pick-up when I get there. It also gives me points with every order, that i can use for future orders. I used the app for over a year, but about 3 months ago it started having trouble with it. It let's me put in my order, then when I click 'Submit' it just gives me an error & to try again.😢 Ive done all i can to get it to work...even deleted the app & reinstalled it. NO luck. Its frustrating now cuz I have to place my order there & wait. They are always crowded & busy in the morning.

Got this as my after physical therapy pick me up and it didn’t disappoint. 1 it was my first time trying the drink and 10/10. but 2 the young lady who made it was very sweet and even made it a size bigger, very welcoming and was so happy to show me at the window. i wish i got her name but i placed my order at 10:50 so if you made it thank you for putting a smile on my face today🩷

Ordered extra crunch and extra drizzle. Definitely didn't get either. I don't think they charge for extra but that's beside the point. This starbucks is usually pretty good but lately, they haven't been reading the labels for the drinks they're making. Hoping this issue is just due to the rush of the holidays because this location is 2 minutes from my house and on the way to work so super convenient.

*** update*** Someone from this location responded to my review apologizing and suggesting that I ask a team member to remake my drink if I'm not satisfied... but that defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time so I can just grab and go if I was in a rush, most times I do mobile orders during my lunch break so I have time to head back to work... I'm not wasting time waiting on someone to remake a simple drink they could've done right the first time. Thank you customer service for your unhelpful suggestion!! Oh and I went back to that Starbucks a couple of weeks later and once again they gave me the wrong order (ordered the falafel pocket, got a chicken gouda pocket and I have a dairy allergy!!) ***original review*** I've been holding off on posting a review for a while now just hoping

Ordered a Venti Caramel Frap with extra caramel drizzle, none on the sides of the cup(you can't drink/utilize it with stuck to the side of the cup) all at the bottom(they even repeated ot back to me because they didn't seem to understand it initially so I explained). What I received was some weird drink that kinda resembled a caramel frap but had a different lid, no whip, a standard amount of caramel, none at the bottom, and the sides plastered with drizzle. So I said "excuse me but I ordered this with extra drizzle and none on the sides." So they offered to take it back and remake it, which they did. What they gave back was different, but just as bad 🤦🏻‍♂️ Not to mention this one tasted "off" somehow. I've ordered this exact drink this exact way for probably over a decade and 99.9% of p
