Starbucks Coffee Company

Waited over 30 minutes for a simple black tea, which made me late for work. To make things worse, when I went to add sugar, a staff member rudely told me I had to ask for it. Sugar and basic condiments should be accessible to customers, as they are in every Starbucks. This is not my first time coming to Starbucks, and this experience was extremely unprofessional. Completely wasted my time.🤦🏻‍♀️

Overall a good place. Good drinks and servers are friendly. Some nights are unbearable to be in this place because it becomes a chess space with a huge group of people making annoying noises with their machines and chess pieces. Management should take some action here.

I love the coffee - Starbucks are supposed to be uniform across the board, but i swear this one makes their drinks a little sweeter🙂. Anyway, no matter how busy, they're always on the ball and unfailingly cheery.

This location is fast and efficient, especially for morning rush-hour. I didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes to get my drink. Location is very spacious with a lot of seats and table to sit and do your work or hang out and relax while you enjoy your drink. Plenty of parkingsince this is located in a large shopping plaza.

I decided to stop at a Starbucks on my way in to work, and I got my usual shaken espresso drink. To my frustration, I realized after I had already left that my drink was almost entirely ice (the photo in my review was after only a couple sips)... Not only was that disappointing, but to add insult to injury, this location has started to put all drinks in paper cups with paper lids. I'm sorry, but there are other eco-friendly things that can be done than just making everything paper. Having an iced beverage in a paper cup, through a paper sip lid is quite an unpleasant experience. You might think "Well, just get one of their iconic green plastic straws, then!" Guess what? This location uses paper straws too. Honestly, I intend to go out of my way from now on to not ever get a drink from he
